BMW G 450X (2010)

The BMW G 450X, a masterclass in enduro engineering, returns for 2010 with a raft of upgrades that further hone its competitive edge.

A revised ECU mapping and new exhaust system, featuring a collector designed to absorb and reflect noise, have resulted in a 10kg reduction in curb weight, taking the G 450X under the 110kg mark.

The engine remains a 449cc single-cylinder powerhouse, delivering 50hp with a more refined character and reduced engine braking. A new, more ergonomic saddle and recalibrated suspension, courtesy of Marzocchi and Hlins, complete the package.

The result is a bike that’s even more agile and responsive, perfectly suited to the demands of high-level enduro competition.
